Shipping & Delivery

TgWasteWater does its best to ship orders out as soon as possable, often same day. If an order is placed too late in the day then it will most often be shiped the next business day. If an exception occures your shipment may be delayed. Exceptions include but are not limited to, ordering an out of stock item, holidays, weather conditions, ect...

Returns & Replacements

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with the product ordered or received you may receive a return, refund, exchange, or cancellation if you meet the conditions for preferred method. If all qualifications for a return are meet TGWasteWater will honor our Return Policy. TGWasteWater will attempt to make accommodations for those who wish to make an exchange or cancellation. TGWasteWater does not guarantee that an exchange or cancellation will be allowed as these are often influenced by factors out of TGWasteWater’s control. (See individual policys for non exhaustive examples of common reasons)

 

RETURN POLICY

 

TGWasteWater will accept returns for any reason assuming you meet the following requirements.

• Buyer must pay return shipping. (If TGWasteWater chooses TGWasteWater will pay return shipping in certain situations.)
• Buyer must contact support@tgwastewater.com within 30 days of placing order.
• A $9.99 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.
• Items must be in new condition
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
• Serial numbers must match serial numbers of product shipped.

 

Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
Note: If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

If all requirements of TGWasteWater’s RETURN POLICY are meet, TGWasteWater will issue a full refund. The time frame until buyer receives refund is not guaranteed by TGWasteWater as this is influenced by things out of TGWasteWater’s control. Including but not limited to, Payment processor, credit card companies, and your bank.

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

If you wish to make an exchange TGWasteWater can accommodate in most situations. Due to market volatility and stock availability TGWasteWater cannot guarantee that an exchange will be possible. If an exchange is not possible for any reason and the buyer meets all Return Policy and Refund Policy requirements TGWasteWater may have to issue a Refund instead of an Exchange.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

If you notify Daniel@tgwastewater after placing an order and TGWasteWater has not already shipped out your order you may request a cancellation. In the event of a cancellation TGWasteWater will not ship out your order and will issue full refund
