Introducing Leach & Drain Field Opener, a product targeting the primary cause for septic system failures, clogged leach and drain fields. Our new K-570 formulation builds on the success of our K-57. With K-570 we have improved performance with the addition of our patented Roetech bacteria. These specialized bacteria are the same bacteria used in our professional formulations, and are used in municipal wastewater treatment facilities throughout the country.

We have formulated this next generation product as a concentrate. This allows for the delivery of more enzyme producing bacteria to the problem area. K-570 can prevent system failure and more rapidly breaks up drain field clogs to restore proper drainage. Concentrating the formulation also make it more convenient for treating the larger septic systems found in today's homes.

K-570 Leach & Drain Field Opener Concentrate. Clogged or sluggish drain fields are the primary reason for septic system failure. When drain fields fail, grey water rises to the surface. This standing water indicates a problem in the system. K-570 prevents system failures with patented bacteria that degrade proteins, starches and other food related organic debris. In emergencies, K-570 can also correct a system showing signs of failure.

Q: Can I use K-57 Septic System Cleaner to treat my drain field if I can not locate the K-570 Leach and Drain Field Opener?

A: You can use the Roebic K-57 if you can not locate the K-570. However, the K-57 is our emergency care product and the K-570 is specifically formulated to treat the Leach/Drain Field.

Q: What is the difference between K-570 Leach and Drain Field Opener and the K-57 Septic System Cleaner products?

A: K-570 Leach and Drain Field Opener is part of our Quarterly System Maintenance Program. It is specially formulated to treat and open up the Leach/Drain Field by opening up the field and allowing the system to optimize septic function. The K-57 Septic System Cleaner is formulated to treat the entire septic system when it is running sluggish and a possibility of a backup is occurring.

Q: Does my Drain Field need to be treated?

A: Yes, it is very important to treat your entire septic system. Treating the septic tank alone does not prevent sludge build up in the main line nor does it prevent build up or backups that occur out in the leach / drain field.

Q: What is the System Maintenance Program?

A: The Quarterly System Maintenance Program was developed with the formulation of four products to be used through out the year. Each product used in the system has a specific targeted area of the septic system. Every three months one product from the program is applied starting with step 1.
STEP 1) Roebic K-37 Septic Tank Treatment, this digests the proteins and keeps the contents of the tank liquid.
STEP 2) Roebic K-570 Leach and Drain Field Opener, keeps the drain field running properly to optimize the system function.
STEP 3) Roebic K-87 S.G.P. (Soap Grease and Paper Digester), will eliminate soap grease and paper in the system to ensure proper flow.
STEP 4) Roebic K-97 Main Line Cleaner, digests the accumulated sludge build up in the line to maintain proper drainage.
