Details

Many septic tank aerators have a secondary port for air to flow to your septic alarm. One site of this hose is connected to your septic air pump and the other to your air pressure switch. The pressure switch detects if you air pressure drops below the minimum threshold. If the pressure drops it signals the septic alarm to go off.
