Hiblow HP-30 and HP-40 Base Gasket

After running faithfully 24 hours a day for 14 years, my Hiblow pump was submerged in water during the recent storms. I was sure it was ruined, the inside of the unit was full of water. I took it apart and let it dry out for 2 days and when I plugged it in, was surprised to see it was still working. The only damage was that the gasket fell apart when I disassembled the pump. I replaced the gasket and the pump should be good for another several years.
