Roebic Compost Accelerator is a blend of specialized bacteria, which accelerates the breakdown of plant material in compost piles. Accelerator works on green or dry grass clippings, weeds, leaves, shrub trimmings, and vegtable scraps and peelings. These bacteria grow over a wide temperature range, assuring constant action even after turning or aerating the compost. There is no need to add lime to your compost with accelerator. The special formula is buffered to maintain pH, and is rich in calcium and magnesium. It also contains nitrogen rich nutrient to promote rapid growth of bacteria.
