Details
Normally Open Models (high level): The control switch turns on (closes) when the float tips slightly above horizontal signaling a high level and turns off (opens) when the float drops slightly below horizontal.
Normally Closed Models (low levels): The control switch turns on (closes) when the float tips slightly below horizontal signaling a low level and turns off (opens) when the float tips slightly above horizontal.
This switch is not sensitive to rotation. Contact SJE-Rhombus regarding intrinsically safe applications.

The SJE Rhombus float switch is a great product. Installation was easy. The only thing that would make it better is if it came with a mounting clamp. I ended up using a tie-rap, since the original mounting clamp fell apart due to age (the original mounting clamp was 17 years old).H. Rexthe 20/08/2019
