Don't waste your money buying a new aerator when you can fix the one you have for a fraction of the cost. The HP 40 & HP 30 are diaphragm operated aerators. While these aerators are the longest lasting on the market they do get worn out over time. If you bought your Hiblow HP 40 from us it is covered by a 2 year warranty. If it is out of warranty or not purchased through TG Waste Water than a HP 40 HP 60/HP 80 or HP 100/HP 120 Rebuild kit is the next best thing.

I've bought a number of these rebuild kits. They pretty consistently last 24 to 30 months. It's a much better alternative to purchasing a new pump. The kits can be installed in 20 minutes.

The rebuild kit supplied all I needed to get my eight year old pump back on line after the alarm sounded last week. Once I located the 5.5 mm socket (25 cents at the local pawn shop) required to remove and replace the kit items inside the pump, the rebuilding job following the included instructions was very straightforward. Much easier than I expected!
